Alpine Physical Therapy & Sports Care, P.C. is an outpatient physical therapy clinic owned and operated by John DeBitetto, M.S.P.T. We are committed to providing high quality one-on-one manual physical therapy, rehabilitation and sports training to patients of all ages. Alpine P.T. is located on Main Street in Manchester, in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility.

John graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. While pursuing his career in advertising, John received physical therapy for an old football injury which sparked his passion to pursue Physical Therapy as a career. He soon left the corporate world and moved to Boston to attend P.T. School at Simmons University. After graduating, John opened a physical therapy practice in Hawthorne, New York which he successfully operated for twelve years prior to moving to Vermont with his family in 2014. John worked for SVMC for one year and more recently worked in an outpatient clinic in Manchester.
John is excited to open Alpine Physical Therapy and provide high quality hands-on physical therapy to the local community. At Alpine P.T. we utilize a manual approach and each patient will work one-on-one with a Vermont-licensed physical therapist. We will communicate all patient progress to the physician to help each patient return to full function as quickly as possible.
When not at work or spending time with his wife and two children, John can be found mountain biking or road riding during the milder months or making Telemark turns at Bromley in the winter. John played NCAA football at Ithaca College and continues to enjoy competition by participating in mountain bike and road cycling races. Last August, he successfully completed the Leadville Trail 100-Mile Mountain Bike Race in Leadville, Colorado. John is also a regular competitor in the annual Kare Andersen Telemark Sprint Classic Ski Race at Bromley.
